POWERED BY MAJOR LEAGUE PLUMBING
Iron, sulfur, hardness, and staining are baked into Florida groundwater. We test your well on-site, then build a treatment system that solves what's actually in your water — not a one-size-fits-all package.

The Problem
If your home pulls from a private well in North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, or rural Sarasota County, you already know the water is nothing like city water. Florida's shallow aquifer is loaded with dissolved minerals, sulfur gas, and iron — and no municipality is treating it before it reaches your faucet. That's on you.
We treat wells across SWFL every week, and the same four problems come up over and over:
Orange and rust marks in sinks, toilets, tubs, laundry, and around sprinkler heads. Iron above 0.3 mg/L stains everything it touches and destroys appliance seals from the inside.
That "rotten egg" smell in hot water (or all water) is hydrogen sulfide. It corrodes copper piping, tarnishes silverware, and makes showers unpleasant. Standard filters don't touch it — you need oxidation.
SWFL well water regularly tests at 15–30+ grains per gallon of hardness. Scale eats water heaters, clogs tankless units, kills dishwashers early, and leaves your skin and hair feeling filmy.
Shallow wells pick up silt, clay, and coliform bacteria, especially after heavy rain or a hurricane. If your water ever runs cloudy after a storm, you have a sediment and possibly a disinfection problem.
How We Do It
We don't sell packaged systems out of a truck. Every well is different, and the wrong system is a $4,000 mistake. Here's how we do it:
We come to your home, pull a fresh sample from the wellhead and from an interior tap, and test for iron, hardness, pH, sulfur, chlorine, TDS, and turbidity. Results in about 20 minutes.
We show you exactly what's in your water, what each problem is doing to your home, and which combination of equipment solves it. No pressure, no scare tactics — just the numbers.
Every install includes proper bypass, sediment pre-filter, drain tie-in, and a start-up walkthrough. Warranty registered on the spot. Installed by a licensed master plumber.
Media replacement, resin regeneration, chlorine feeds, UV bulb changes — we service what we install and we service what other companies installed.
Systems We Build & Service
Air-injection oxidation and catalytic carbon systems remove dissolved iron, ferrous iron, and hydrogen sulfide before the water enters your home. Sized for your well's flow rate and contaminant levels — not a guess.
High-capacity softeners rated for SWFL well hardness. We size the resin bed to your household's actual gallons-per-day so you're not regenerating too often or too rarely.
Template-assisted crystallization systems for homeowners who don't want salt discharge or the taste of softened water. Best paired with an iron filter for well applications.
Spin-down and cartridge pre-filters that catch sand, silt, and clay before they hit your softener or RO system. Critical after storms and for shallower wells.
For iron bacteria, sulfur bacteria, and coliform contamination. We shock the well, install a continuous chlorine feed if needed, and add a contact tank plus de-chlorination stage so you don't drink chlorine.
Point-of-entry ultraviolet sterilization for wells with bacterial contamination. No chemicals, no taste — kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses.
Bottled-water-quality drinking water from your sink, even on a well. The final polish that removes anything the whole-home system leaves behind.
We're master plumbers first. If your well pump is short-cycling, losing pressure, or your bladder tank is waterlogged, we fix that too — no need to call a separate well company.
Local Knowledge
We've treated wells in North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Arcadia, Venice, Englewood, Rotonda West, and out into rural DeSoto County. Every neighborhood has its own water fingerprint — the wells off Toledo Blade run high in iron, wells south of the Peace River hit sulfur hard, and wells in coastal Charlotte County trend salty.
We know these zones. We won't sell you a Sarasota-city-water system for a rural DeSoto well.
